Legal Services that helps people with their legal needs at an affordable cost. In this program you represent yourself with the necessary support and assistance from Callioux Law.
How it works:
01. The client provides a retainer that is a fraction of a typical retainer.
02. This gives you access to a lawyer who will assess the claim and clarify your legal options.
03. You will also be given access to a paralegal within Callioux Law that will provide comprehensive support.
Callioux Law paralegals will assist you with the majority of your needs and help keep you on track. The service includes:

Drafting and swearing necessary documents,

Filing and serving those documents,

Providing information about the court process and the options you have,

Helping you to identify and gather evidence for court as you move through the process.
Paralegals cannot provide legal advice. For that, one of the lawyers at Callioux Law will be available on a limited basis to assist with your file as needed.
